Testing Comment Editing Plugin

PG’s comment editing plugin was just updated and he’s going to turn it back on.
For reasons unknown, PG hasn’t been able to see when the plugin has caused problems since updating WordPress, so he would appreciate it if anyone sees problems or any of the visitors who saw problems before can confirm that prior problems have been fixed.
UPDATE: PG is seeing edit buttons below each of the comments that look like this:

SECOND UPDATE: The plugin author just released a new version. Is editing working any better now?

Confirming Ney-Grimm’s conclusion. There ain’t no edit. Us wot writes in haste needs that function to avoid embarrassing errors in apoxtrophes.

Be careful. I once blew away a full day of country-wide store receipts, and the backup, and the backup to the backup — all by about 4:00 AM. I’d been working about twelve hours solid by then and was sleep stupid. That was about forty years ago, when I was young and foolish.
I am sooo glad I retired out of all that.
Even knowing I couldn’t edit it, and rereading it twice before submitting, I still made the sleepy stupid mistake…

EDIT TO THE EDITED EDIT: I notice you are now giving us 15 minutes instead of five to edit our posts. Thank you! There have been several times when my five minutes ran out just before I could click ‘Save’ in the edit box, and all my changes went foom. I always feel like a fool when that happens.

Wait, so does that mean it takes 15 minutes for the comment to show up?
Hmmm. I have mixed feelings about THAT one.
I reset the editing window from 5 minutes to 15 minutes so, hopefully, no one feels rushed in correcting errors in their comments.
