And might I add that the building is a triple-decker. That’s an apartment house, usually 1 per floor, that is ubiquitous in the older neighborhoods. They might be specific to Boston, or maybe just a certain time period. I lived in several in my many years in Boston and have fond memories of those neighborhoods.
