They don’t claim any rights to your book except the right to sell it at a price you set for as long as you permit them to do so.

Equally important, as you mentioned, is making sure the rights reverse back to you at some point: with e-books taking over larger portions of book sales, you don’t want to be stuck getting a smaller percentage of your e-book for years and years.
