I’m a big one for visual aids.

  2. The stat about twitter and customers doesn’t surprise me. I’ve had twitter followers tell me they’ve purchased my books because of my tweets. And I’ve purchased products based on other companies tweets. Especially companies that have gently reached out to me after I tweeted something that related to their product.

  3. This is pretty cool. A visual history of social media. I like visual aids, too.

    Although, I think they could have added a few things early on. The phone and the printing press make sense. But surely there were other things? Radio, for example.
