    Big change possibilities. As long as they don’t whine. Whining is so unattractive in a heroine.

    • Yes! I mean, no whining. Proactive, wise, cool in a crisis, but no whining please. Those are the more satisfying character arcs. Holds true with a hero, too (Miles Vorkosigan).
