Oh, wow. “Anthem for Doomed Youth” brought tears to my eyes.
For WWII, there’s Randall Jarrell’s “Death of The Ball Turret Gunner.” The author does the first and third, and Gary Sinese does the second reading.

Fun fact: The university where Jarrell taught in his final years is my Alma Mater, and the building where the English program was held was named in his honor.
I agree. Though Eccleston did well too, and Gemma Arterton as well. But Sean has the look and cadences that stab you with these poems.
