PG is having a little difficulty with the blog, so posting today may be a bit later than usual.
UPDATE: Another win for HostingMatters tech support.
Seven minutes after PG started a help desk ticket about blog problems (and after TPV woke back up) , he received an email from Annette politely reminding him that he had previously been informed of updates happening this weekend and that the server where TPV lives had just been rebooted.
Annette is awesome. I’m very happy with Hosting Matters. They have been amazingly supportive anytime I reach out to them.
