Is this a trophy mounted on a wall, or a real live boar?
I was wondering if anyone would ask about that photo, Scott.
I took it at a natural history museum. The boar was not mounted on the wall, but much more amenable to my capturing his photo than he would have been at an earlier time.
Scary! They’re ubiquitous where I live in East Texas. A real threat when walking near the woods especially if encountering a sow with piglets.
A fascinating photo. He looks so vicious. I wouldn’t want to meet any of his cousins up close!
