I know people like that. I also know some who speak in semicolons, and some who speak in periods.
Myself, as I grow older, I find myself speaking more and more in ellipsis…
The last two weeks I’ve been on prednisone, which pretty much knocks me out. At such times, I tend to speak in all kinds of punctuation – but often, alas, without any actual words in between.
I do not recommend this as a method of effective communication.
