Apparently, not enough AI people have seen Ex Machina… or pondered the fate of the tech gurus (all of them) without regard to the foolish H’wood-marketing memes associated with the film.
When my uncle built a new house back in the 60s he had the basement tricked out as a bomb shelter. Deeper, extra thick walls, bunks, all that sort of thing. It was a nice place for the kids to hang out, probably still is.
