Do you also have the Medieval Names Archive by the Society of Creative Anachronisms? They are very careful about documenting when a name was first used, and in what form, and in what country. The site’s a nice rabbit hole.
Needs work in some areas. Apparently “Juan Tudor” is Chinese? 😀
