True (also) in the sense that we find we can hardly think of anything at all without someone else somewhere in the world doing so at the same time and in what may be said a coordinated way. Thanks to Google.
Yes.But. A brain exists to ensure the continued existence and propagation of the single attached body. The network doesn’t work that way.
And neurons can’t opt out of the brain. Or have someone remove their connections temporarily as a form of punishment.
