There’s no such thing as a free party. Even BYOB is a polite social fiction to cover up a cover charge.
Right up there with his, “Your margin, our opportunity.”
And they are paying guests, so if we don’t treat them better then they will take their money to someone that will.
And so far he’s doing a bang-up job of it. 😉
