Okay. I live in Chicago.
At the corner of my street, at Clark & Wellington on the north side, there’s a bookstore owned by a guy named John. It is as cluttered as the one in the video. You can fear both fire and avalanche in the same aisle.
I do not go into this bookstore looking for a specific book. I go to see what book finds me.
The sign in his window says “Books. Rare. Medium. Well Done.”
Closed in 2016.
