This is an easy game. Find a problem, and move up organizational levels until one cannot be tasked with finding a solution at that level. For example, world peace is a great one. Nobody does anything at the world level. Nobody runs the world.
So, move off the world level, and drop one level down to somewhere like Ukraine. Now, preach to the Ukrainians and tell them they are criminals for engaging in war, no matter how necessary or justified.
Nice soundbite, but it pretty much falls apart if you actually think about it for a minute (unless you adopt odd ethical characterisations of necessary and justified).
